About Me
Well, to start with, I am Gregg Thomas Wlerin Johnson. I am a Christian, thus a Son of God, and a disciple of the Anointed One. In relation to that, I am currently attending Carbon Canyon Church, which is located in Brea (see Links). 'Tis as small church, but God is moving there, and I have grown a lot in my walk with God in the four years I have been there.

I am also a college student, currently attending Mount San Antonio College, in Walnut, where I am taking mainly General Ed. classes, but aiming for degrees in English and Phyics.

In my spare time (and quite often in my not-spare-time) I like to study linguistics and history, especially that of Europe, and read fantasy and/or science fiction (hence my desire to learn physics). I have also researched various role-playing games, hoping to find another avenue to describe my world, but I have never been able to find a group nearby (this is partly a request for one, though I doubt if any shall ever read it. However... given the massive amounts of my heart and mind that would be poured into such an endeavour, I must require that the GM at the least be Christian, and a semi-devout or devout one at that.) My favorite happens to be Rolemaster (partly for the shear enormity of the source material), with HARP and Harn (Pref. Gold) tied for second (both could be first, but I lack material). Runequest, and Aria, if I could find them, I am sure would compete with Rolemaster for first.

As mentioned above, I am writing/creating a fantasy world. However, this is not primarily a roleplaying world (though I am trying to design an RP system that would fit), but rather a world of stories and epics of my own creation (but then, I've never had players, so I suppose this is natural... however, the stories are not at all the sort to easily make playable campaigns).

Elsewhere on the site I have pages for a new bible translation (though this is mostly a personal study aid); for notes from sermons, bible-studies, etc.; and for a journal, which I may turn into a link to my (still empty) livejournal/bloggie-thingie. There is also a page for the Stola Society, a group of scrabble players formed... well, see the page above.

For much of my life I have been very shy and reserved. I still express myself better in writing than in speech, but, thanks in part to my new church (hey, just 'cause I've been there four years doesn't mean it isn't new!), I am no longer afraid of talking to others... this is complicated to explain, and ye all probably wouldna' care anyway (then again, given that I have no idea whatsoever who is reading this... I really only know of one person who knows/knew this address... maybe ye do... and maybe that's a scary thought.)

More To Come, When I gather my thoughts.
